Our quality standards
All items we receive undergo a rigorous quality inspection before being listed. In addition to our standard quality control, trained personnel carefully inspect some designer pieces for flaws or indications of counterfeiting. Items we accept are categorized by the following conditions:
This item is practically new! It shows no obvious signs of wear or washing.
This item has no major flaws. It may show slight fading or pilling in areas such as the knees, seams, and hems. Hardware may also have slight scratches.
This item has been worn but is in good condition. It may show minor signs of wear, such as small holes (maximum two), slight pilling, fading, or stains.
This item has visible flaws that may require repair, but it still has life left in it. It could also be from a best-selling brand and suitable for resale due to high demand.
