1. Service Description

JBOXLY is a platform that offers:

• Online auctions for local products and products from the USA
• Locker service in the USA — 910 S. Pearl Expy, Dallas TX 75201
• Repackaging, consolidation, and shipping to Venezuela

2. Registration and Verification

• To participate in auctions, you must complete the identity verification process.
• JBOXLY reserves the right to approve or reject any account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.

3. Auctions

• Auctions start from $1 USD.
• By winning an auction, you are obligated to pay within a maximum of 24 hours.
• JBOXLY manages shipping once payment is confirmed.
• Prices do not include shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

4. Locker in USA

• The locker is free for registered and verified users.
• Address: 910 S. Pearl Expy, Dallas TX 75201, Dallas, Texas, USA.
• Free storage for 15 days from the arrival of the first package.
• After day 16, a charge of $1 USD per day per package applies.
• Packages unclaimed after 45 days are considered abandoned.

5. Shipping Rates

• Air freight: $8.50 USD per pound.
• Repackaging + box: from $7 USD depending on volume.
• Delivery times are estimated and may vary.
• JBOXLY is not responsible for delays caused by customs or third parties.

6. Prohibited Products

Shipment of weapons, explosives, drugs, perishable products, cash, live animals, hazardous materials, or illegal items according to USA or Venezuelan laws is not permitted.

7. Payments

• All payments are processed in USD.
• Payments are secure and processed through verified platforms.
• No refunds will be issued once the package has been shipped.

8. Limitation of Liability

JBOXLY is not responsible for damages caused by misuse of the platform, indirect losses, or situations beyond our control such as natural disasters, strikes, or governmental restrictions.

9. Modifications

JBOXLY reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be notified by email with at least 7 days' notice.
